A graduate of the Hebrew University with a major in psychology, she completed a second title in educational counseling and works as a counselor in the Psychological and Counseling Services Department at the Ministry of Education, with more than 10 years of experience in the field.

She has extensive experience participating in international conferences in the field of mental health, offering innovative insights and gaining international experience that enhances her ability to deal with different psychology issues. In addition, she combines her practical experience in the field with her academic aspirations, as she prepares to complete her PhD in Educational Sociology.

I am the General Manager of Amanina, an organization that develops volunteer frameworks for young people in our Arab community with the aim of enhancing social mobility. It exercises its social responsibility in spreading the culture of volunteering and humanitarian work within the Arab community, and contributes to its community by building and supporting the youth segment.
She holds a bachelor's degree in bilingual literature, Arabic and English, from Tel Aviv University, and recently completed a master's degree in nonprofit management.

He left the Weizmann Institute to join SliBio, a startup in Western Baqa as head of agricultural research, which he co-founded with a team of chemical engineers and scientists to develop sustainable solutions for pest control in agriculture. Over the past two years, the team has raised more than $3 million in investments to support their ambitious projects.

An early member of the Harmony community, Fadi is a strategic consultant and social entrepreneur focused on promoting equal opportunities in the field of art and culture. He provides strategic guidance to organizations, including museums, to promote accessibility and cultural relevance for the Arab community. Founder of Salon Arabesque, a platform dedicated to discussing modern Arabic art and fostering community engagement through Arabic-language events and gatherings. He completed his studies in curation and design at the Shankar College of Engineering, Design and Art in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, and has worked and continues to work on several exhibitions and art projects.

A lawyer specializing in corporate law and international trade, with a second degree from Tel Aviv University and Berkeley University in California. She works in corporate, hi-tech and family law on a freelance basis. She is a legal content creator on Instagram, where she explains and discusses different rights of people related to their daily lives and provides legal information and solutions in a simple and useful way. She recently joined the networking department at Harmony Community, because she believes that our community is full of inspiring and special people, and that networking together creates a stronger and better community.
