I joined the Harmony community after the sixth cup, and it was the first time I felt like there was a space that encompassed the professional side of our lives as an Arab community in Israel. I met people who seemed like strangers at first, but the commonalities between us were undeniable, on the contrary! I found people with similar principles and goals, and I have a clear address to go to for everything related to my professional life and beyond! I am grateful for the Harmony community!

  • She works in managing the Tamkeen project (weekly workshops that prepare participants for atypical programs and create frameworks for building relationships between community members) at HomeAwe.
  • She works as a social center for three faculties in the Equal Opportunities Project to support Arab students in their first year of education at the Technion.
  • I worked as a psychometric mentor at the Dros Institute for 4 years, where I contributed to the training of new mentors to join the institute, as well as marketing the institute on social media.

  • She has visited three continents: Asia, America, and Europe, and is interested in integrating the world of travel with her professional background.
  • I previously volunteered in several professional mentorships within the Majalat Association and the Academic Union.
