• She worked as a student at the Arab Community Economic Development Authority (ACEDA), the organization responsible for implementing government plans such as Plan 922 and Five-Year Plan 550 (Taqaddam) to reduce gaps in Arab society.
• She started as an assistant to the Authority's chief of staff, and moved on to work at the Emergency Support and Information Center for the Arab Community, where she held the position of crew chief.
• Previously, she worked in the Local Authorities Department as an assistant to the Planning and Housing Officer at the Arab Community Economic Development Authority
• I currently work at the Maoz Foundation, which aims to develop diverse leadership in the public sector, promote cross-sectoral partnerships and drive systemic changes in society. I work there as a רכזת בחטיבת המאיצים which focuses on building leadership networks, strategic projects in collaboration with ministries, local authorities and civil society.

They think critically and independently, working within the system without forgetting its purpose.

I enjoy cooking, and one of my favorite ways to express my love is to host a party and cook baklash, any food that contains spicy ingredients (peppers and all).
